• Manage the ad-hoc development and maintenance of inter/intranet project requests from the HR Community. Develop and maintain project plans, as necessary. Participate on project teams, as necessary.

• Manage all day to day activities related to Human Resource Web sites which consist of over 4000 pages and support production issues.
• Ad-hoc development of complex interactive web sites and applications, including those with database requirements and those that connect to various platforms (server or mainframe) in order to deliver dynamic pages. Provide Flash development with action script.
• Mentor and instruct junior staff members to promote their technical development.
• Keep pace with ever-changing technology to maximize advancements made in this dynamic environment. Ensure compliance with company's technology roadmap. Manage server, browser, or other technology upgrades which would impact the web environment. Coordinate, plan and oversee development, testing, and communications.
• Provide portal support - assist in development of standards, advise on/support development of enhancements, provide advisory support to other web developers, and develop HR modules as requested.
• Front end development on the Human Resources PeopleSoft Portal. Support and provide technical and design guidance to EIS teams in the design and development of web-enabled applications; design front-end for HRIS self service applications, including development of PeopleSoft pages.
