Customers should confirm pricing and specific terms with tbonnet.com. Customers should review all work and report any errors immediately for correction. If an invoice is not paid within 30 days we reserve the right to shut your web site off, until payment is made. If payment on an account is continuously delinquent, we will charge that account a $25.00 US re-activation fee per each late invoice.

30 Days notice of Cancellations & Early Terminations is required. All web site hosting accounts must be paid in full before the cancellation / early termination will be considered complete. Any web site hosting terminated prior to the end of said term will be subject to an early cancellation fee equal to 30% percent of the remaining service fees.

Spam: tbonnet.com does not support the use of Spam (defined as: e-mail advertising for any product sent to a mailing list or newsgroup, without the sole permission from the recipient.) While we can not control the use of Spam, detection of spam originating from your account will result in immediate account shut down without any prior warning from tbonnet.com.

Materials: tbonnet.com does not allow the use of it's service to provide "adult related material" (defined as: sites depicting sexual acts, or nudity) or any material that is "deemed illegal" (defined as: web sites used to commit fraudulent activity, show violence, etc.)
